As beautiful as this project is, it almost did not come to pass. The zoning rules would not permit our client to have all that they wanted in their new home. However with some clever design and arrangements, we were able to satisfy all of their requirements. Some of which were additional parking for their antique car collection, a private gym, home theatre, two full kitchens, private terrace and separate wings for their adolescent boys and girls. Their trust in our firm resulted in making their dreams come true. We are the “Dream Makers”.
