Expert Witness

Architectual Expert Witness Services

With over 45 years of experience in architectural design and project management, I bring exceptional expertise and insight to my role as an expert witness. Licensed since 1981 in New York—and also licensed in California—and holding the esteemed NCARB national certification, I have built a career defined by leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. My academic credentials—a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute—equip me with the knowledge and analytical skills to assess and articulate complex architectural issues with clarity and precision. As a former President of the American Institute of Architects and a recipient of a National ADA Design Award, I combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

As an experienced consultant to attorneys, I have contributed to numerous successful cases by providing detailed analysis, assisting in negotiations, and offering testimony during trials and depositions. Whether for the plaintiff or the defense, I excel at simplifying complex architectural matters to strengthen legal arguments and ensure clarity in courtroom proceedings. I understand the pivotal role of expert testimony and the importance of collaboration with legal teams to secure favorable outcomes. Reach out to secure reliable, results-driven expert witness services tailored to your specific needs.
